The Monastery of Moni Kamiri (also known as the Monastery of Archangel Michael Kamiri) is an idyllic, uninhabited monastery in the interior of Rhodes. It is located on a hill about 4 kilometers northwest of the village of Masari and around 40 kilometers from Rhodes Town. The monastery complex was founded in the 12th century. The charming, small main chapel, dedicated to the Archangel Michael, dates from the 15th century in its current form (over 500 years old).
