The most famous and spectacular "cascade" on the river Elsa is the Cascata del Diborrato, a majestic 15-meter waterfall located in Colle di Val d'Elsa (Siena). This waterfall, along with a series of smaller rapids and cascades, is located within the suggestive Sentierelsa, an equipped nature trail of about 4 km (round trip) that runs along the river, famous for its intense turquoise and emerald green waters.
