Tromtö was formerly part of a manor house belonging to the Johannishus Gods estate. South of Tromtö Manor lies a so-called "English Park," and the walking paths around a wooded hill stand out clearly from the landscape. On the east side, these paths lead to a viewpoint overlooking Västra Fjärden.
