Hogback sits in the south section of Shenandoah Mountains, being accessible by North Moutain Trail. It’s a nice and not so popular overlook point on the North Mountain ridge line, less than one mile from Elliot Knob. Expect to have amazing panoramic views of the wilderness. Shenandoah National Park charges a fee to enter, you can find more information at: nps.gov/shen/planyourvisit/fees.htm
