Keep your eyes peeled, friends! This junction is easy to miss, as it is unmarked, and the most obvious path is to continue south instead of turning east! The trail to the glacier picks up along the other side of the creek here. The water from the creek is runoff mainly from Mount Agassiz, Mount Winchell, Mount Robinson and the Palisade Glacier, forming a tributary of North Fork Big Pine Creek!
