You can either hike on the wall, alternatively there is a trail to the right (facing upwards) of the wall, where you can also find some stairs.

The path is practically impassable. The stairs end in dense undergrowth, and I find walking up the aqueduct's stepless, approximately 45°-sloped roof extremely dangerous. One slip, and you could break every bone.
I would avoid the entire area. Walking on the streets bordered by walls is neither pleasant nor safe given the traffic. Otherwise, you can walk on the walls along the streets.
