A few meters from the trail, a rocky outcrop overlooks the Astico Valley, along the cliff known as Coston or Costa del Vento, above the Val Scura tower. It offers a splendid, expansive view of the valley and its mouth, the Asiago Plateau (the shrine is clearly visible), the Cengio, and the Summano! You walk above the "fields furrowed," striking karst formations.
You are on the edge of the Tonezza Plateau, just steps from its vertical rocky walls: be extremely careful and keep dogs and children on a leash!
