In June 2019, the 'Spur', another section of the 'High Line', was completed and opened to the public. The 'track' is the last remaining section of the original rail construction. It leads through the high 'Coach Passage' in the '10 Hudson Yards' building to 'Tenth Avenue', where the 'High Line Plinth' was opened on the bridge over the street at the same time. Selected works of art are alternately displayed on a pedestal for a period of 18 months.

The High Line is a fantastic, no longer used freight train route in the west of Manhattan, 2.6 kilometers long and 7.5 meters above the ground, which has been converted into a park, the High Line Park. It runs through the Meatpacking District and Chelsea neighborhoods.
