The half-timbered building (half-timbered wall) was erected in 1697, after the great fire of the city in 1692 (the former town hall burnt down). It is a four-axis building with a square clock tower erected on the west side. All wings were built in the bolt technique. From the beginning it was the seat of the municipal authorities, now it also fulfills its original function. It is a unique object and the most valuable monument of Nowe Warpno.
