The Marxenhof is located right at the entrance. Here you can also buy the tickets for the museums. The Marxenhaus is the original replica of a Süderbraruper Fachhallenhaus. This was demolished and the usable parts used in the construction in Unewatt. It is a typical south angelite trade hall house. Characteristic of this house type are two different construction features, which are united under one roof: In the older stable part: Low German Fachhallenhaus and in the younger living part: Nordangler Wandständerhaus.

Hiking

Various events take place around the Marxenhaus. Particularly noteworthy here would be the bat guide, the bee and insect day and the Unwatter Landmark. This is now well known far beyond the Unewatt borders and visitors from all over fishing and Flensburg jostle visitors to the Marx House or take the opportunity to visit the other buildings of the museum village. Also for the physical well-being is sufficiently worried and for children different actions take place.
