Gravel road with sharp stones and steep climbs in a remote area, better suited for a gravel bike

I was here in august 2024 with a loaded gravel bike - some parts of the road are in very bad shape, did not have a fun time especially on the downhill part to the bridge coming from the east. A Bosnian guy told me the road was damaged in 2022 after some heavy rains. Would definitely recommend going with an MTB until they fix it.
