Hotel Koldingfjord is a hotel and conference center on the north side of Kolding Fjord near Kolding.

The buildings were originally built as a sanatorium for children suffering from tuberculosis. The buildings were built between 1906 and 1911.

Treatment of children with tuberculosis continued until 1960. At this point there was no longer any need as Denmark had gradually eradicated the disease.

The buildings were taken over by Vejle County and converted into a treatment center for mentally handicapped children. In 1983 this facility was closed and the buildings remained empty until the municipality of Kolding sold the buildings to the Isleff construction company in 1987.

The company renovated the listed Rococo and Renaissance building and the hotel was inaugurated in 1990.
