Been crossing on 7 june 2025, all good 👍
Just need to push/lift the bike 2 minutes, good possibilties of free camping just after the border on Montenegro side, road works on the Albania side.

This route is possible for bike Packers with a lot of luggage, I managed it solo with 5 pannier bags weighing a total of 30ish Kg. It requires you to take the bags off, carry the bike and bags separately across a section that would require a small bridge. The ground material is exceptionally rocky with reasonable risk of puncture but it's manageable if you're very careful.

Despite this, I wouldn't recommend taking this route if you're planning to carry on east/south through and out of Albania. This has only caused me problems and I've decided to retrace my steps and cycle up to Sukobin to do this properly

The path is passable up to about 1 kilometer before the border, but is not asphalted. Then the bike has to be pushed over a small path. Then you are in Montenegro :-)
