Certainly the climb is steep to arrive on an immense alpine plateau with the old village of Ceillac which has preserved all its tradition, church, fountain, sundials, wooden chalets and sculptures typical of Queyras.

The first part of the 8km climb is around 10%, then it flattens out. Nice village with a beautiful view, recommended even though it is a dead end road for cyclists.
