    The former presbytery of Savennières was built in the eighteenth century and houses a room called "Salon des toiles peintes" where many oil paintings are gathered on hangings. It is estimated that they were made in the 1770s by the painter Marie-Louis-Claude Coulet de Beauregard, who was in charge of the parish at the time of their construction.

      At the beginning of the 18th century, the property belonged to Laurent Landévy, a wealthy citizen of Angers. His widow died there in 1752 at the age of 87. From this point on, the property changed hands frequently through successive sales. Today the western part of the building is no longer inhabited. It is property of the municipality.
