thw part before is impossible to bypass, the 3 km following I bypassed though by the dirt road and then the old national highway.
all in all it is allowed but no fun to ride the new highway, parts of it are very narrow and trucks have to pass close.

It is a well-maintained, paved main road. Since it bypasses Kourtesi, it is wide and easy to navigate. As part of the north-south route, it can be quite busy, especially during peak season, with trucks and faster cars.
The route is efficient for covering distance, but rather functional in terms of scenery. If you prefer a quieter ride, the smaller side roads east of the bypass (towards Ano Kourtesi) or the paths closer to the Kotychi Lagoon (to the west) are often a more scenic and safer choice for relaxed cycling.
