The Sint-Pieterspolder is a polder south of Philippine in the Dutch province of Zeeland. The polder belongs to the Polders of Albert and Isabella.

After Philippine was founded in 1505, there was still talk of the schorre belonging to the lords of the Raedt Vlaenderen, or the Raadsherenschor. Between this salt marsh area and the Groote or Oude Sint-Albertpolder there was a channel that gave access to the port of Assenede.

The salt marsh was diked in 1663. However, it flooded in 1682, only to be re-diked again in 1690. In 1808, part of this polder was lost due to a dike breach. Afterwards, 203 hectares of the Sint-Pieterspolder were diked. This is the current polder. The remaining 23 hectares were diked again in 1845 and this became part of the Verdronken Polder.

The polder includes a creek remnant of the Vlietbeek. Furthermore, the hamlets of Posthoorn and Holleken are located on the edge of the polder.
