The Gloucester Fisherman's Memorial is one of the most iconic, if not the most iconic, statues on Cape Ann. This memorial is dedicated to the fisherman of Gloucester to lost their lives at sea. Fishing was, and still is, a dangerous job but was a vital part of Gloucester's economy, culture, and history. This memorial is a must-visit if walking the Gloucester Harborwalk.
