Cycling
The park was established in 1976–1978 on a marshy island called Gardolina. Over 200 m³ of soil was brought to the island, later leveled and suitably shaped. The mill weir and the leveling channel on the eastern side of the island were eliminated. Many specimens of ornamental trees and shrubs were planted. The park is open only during the day. The entrance gates on the bridges are closed at night.
