We are a small fish smokehouse between the dikes in Friederikensiel.

We smoke at least three times a week. Our freshly filled fish sandwiches in various variations are always worth a trip.

Try the Mediterranean salmon sandwich with homemade iced tea. We serve our delicious smoked fish (eel, salmon, trout and mackerel) with a crispy bakery roll. We are happy to package the smoked fish and fish sandwiches so that you can enjoy everything in peace at home.
