Wine straight from the producer is always a good place for wine lovers to try. We don't drink wine, but grape juice without alcohol is also very different and recommended. Regional proximity should also be supported.

About the Brinkmann wineryAs an agricultural business with a century-long tradition, we have been growing wine on the first two steep slopes of the Teutoburg Forest since 2018. Our new, robust grape varieties Helios, Solaris, Blumenmuskateller, Souvignier Gris and the red Regent grow on 2.5 hectares. The fertile soils of the Teutoburg Forest help us to create fruity wines for every taste.In addition to growing wine, we are building our own oil mill. We discovered hemp as a superfood. Our hemp oil for cold cooking is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and tastes deliciously nutty. Any baking recipe can be enhanced and refined with hemp flour. But sunflowers and rapeseed from our own cultivation are also part of our repertoire.
