Hiking

We call the arcades here in Bern "Lauben". The total of six kilometers of arcades in Bern's old town form the longest covered shopping promenades in Europe. The arcades are part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site in the city of Bern.

Hiking

Where else in the world can you find this? In Bern, everyone walks under the arcades. Numerous shops line them in the cool shade. When it rains, it gets crowded.
