The Maritim Hotel in Lübeck's Travemünde district is a building complex with the larger of two high-rise buildings in the health resort. It was built by Hochtief in the early 1970s and completed in 1974, is 119 m high (125 m with the radio masts installed on the roof), has 36 floors and was a popular tourist area at the time. In 2019 it was placed under monument protection. The second high-rise is on the corner of Nordlandring and Schwedenstrasse.
