The water wheel, which has been operated as an isolated solution for private power supply since 1978, was replaced in 2010 by a medium-shaft water wheel with a nominal power of 32 kW and a diameter of 5 meters. Historic mill location, founded as a mill property by the Walsrode monastery. First documented mention in the 15th century.
