The organic hut is open 24 hours a day, with a small, seasonal selection of organic products.

Here you can find, for example, Edelweiss tea, eggs from rare chicken breeds such as the Appenzellerspitzhaube.
The range is organic/Demeter quality:
Vegetables/salads (lettuce, lamb's lettuce, pumpkin, potatoes, carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes)
Fruits (strawberries, blueberries, melons, apples, pears, plums, quinces)
Homemade pasta in various colors and shapes, made from our own organic flour
Baked goods (bread, plaited bread), etc.

A practical tip for everyone who is out and about around Schwarzsee: Fäschtus' Biohüttli is a small self-service farm shop with organic/Demeter quality products.

The shop is open around the clock every day, so you can also stop by outside of normal opening hours. The range is seasonal and includes, among other things, vegetables, potatoes, eggs, homemade pasta, flour, fruit, bread, and other products directly from the organic farm.

On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, there are also fresh plaited loaves.
