It's definitely worth walking this path to Arkleton Hill (512m) and also walk just a bit beyond the peak to the north and then back. The views are splendid to say the least, and some interesting cairns around the place as well.
It can be a bit of struggle in places against the heather, but face it: what would you not do for beauty?
