Dasmariñas–Silang Border Climb

- At the Governor's Drive/Aguinaldo Highway intersection (the one with SM and Robinsons Dasma), it's a lot safer and easier to cross using the pedestrian crossing.
- Long, steep, stretch of road. A lighter bike (or losing weight 😉) and/or mountain bike gearing is highly recommended here. There were sections where I was at the lowest gear and lowest chainring.
- Has some spots with road construction. There's one particular stretch of road where it's only one lane so you have no choice but to sprint if you don't want to hold up the cars behind you
- Mix of smooth pavement (but that's where the cars are), and rough pavement on the outer lanes. I suggest preparing your tire pressures for the rough pavement because no one cyclist wants to be next to cars.
- Temperature starts becoming a bit cooler during the climb. Enjoy it!
