The sanctuary of the Madonna dei Tre Fiumi was built in 1578 and restored in 1705, has three naves and an external loggia. It was erected in honor of the Madonna and contains a painting by Jacopo Chimenti known as Empoli.
It is located along the SR which from Borgo San Lorenzo goes up to the Colla di Casaglia pass towards Faenza, shortly after the hamlet of Ronta.
