The shed was built as a farm building in the second half of the 18th century, it has two storeys, with arcades on both storeys, with characteristic carpentry braces resembling arcades.
It is an example of excellent rural wooden architecture.
In 1927, the building underwent a thorough renovation. At that time, it was rotated by 90 degrees. After World War II, it served a residential function, when openings for windows were cut in the side walls. The then residents of the shed caused it to burn down. The roof and pillars burned down. Renovated twice, while maintaining its original shape. Currently, the building houses the exhibition of the Regional Chamber, a small museum created thanks to the residents of Kalinówka Kościelna, who donated exhibits.
