The city of Lauingen has put together an "Albertus-Weg" - downloadable lauingen.de/de/freizeit-touristik/gehenswuerdigkeiten/albertus-weg - on which there is a reminder of the house where he was born as well as animals and plants drawn from his works and mineral observations can be found. The mosque that exists in the town today also finds a suitable place here for a practical scholar who also knew the science of the Muslim world very well.
