Hotel Restaurant Prince Bismarck Mill. The foundations of this stylish hotel restaurant are more than 625 years old and once housed the »Kornmühle an der Au«, from which documents were already reported in 1350. After 1871 it came into the possession of those of Bismarck. The mill operation was stopped when the last mill-tenant retired in 1959.
In the design of the beautiful old half-timbered house, Princess Ann-Mari von Bismarck personally made a special effort. Lovingly, numerous items from the possession of the Reich Chancellor were collected, which now give the house a dignified, traditional atmosphere. So today offers a stylish setting for festivities or meetings. The premises can accommodate 10 to 200 people. Smaller companies are the Bismarckzimmer available, larger the Schwedensaal.
A gem hides the Bismarck Room: a portrait of the great statesman Lenbach made in the 1990s. The guests will find peace in lovingly furnished hotel rooms, which offer views of the Mühlenteich and the Sachsenwald. The comfortable rooms have telephone, bath and toilet.
