Next to Winterberg, Willingen is a real hotspot for athletes in the Sauerland. The city is particularly interesting for downhill and freeride fans. One of the largest bike parks in the Sauerland is at home here. But other nature and sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth in Willingen. If the bike park is too much for you, you can use the well-developed network of hiking trails or the climbing hall. From the Strycktal you get a great view of the city and above all of the Willingen Viaduct, which is over 100 years old.

The over 100 years eleven-arched 240 m long and 31 m high railway bridge is visible from afar. A beautiful photo landmark of Willingen
