Mountain biking
The highlight marked here does not refer to the two climbs from the Hotel Pederü. One of them over the old military road is actually not rideable without an e-bike in my opinion at 20 to 25 percent. The route marked here from the east (presumably over the SS from Toblach to Cortina) is doable except for short sections over 15 percent.
