Opened in 2013 by Sir David Attenborough, and built on top of a landfill site, the Thurrock Nature Park is currently 120 acres and hosts a variety of wildlife, woodlands, ponds and marshlands.
A network of pathways makes running here a wonderful experience with brilliant views across the Thames.
