Tips
Large, busy square directly in front of the Milan Cathedral. You should definitely watch your bags here though... The Cathedral Square has existed since the 14th century. However, it was much smaller. Neighbouring buildings were gradually demolished and it finally took on its current appearance at the end of the 19th century, when the adjacent Galleria was built.
