Across from there is a somewhat older shelter.
Now in spring, when the big chestnut trees are in bloom, it hums very loudly here.
Over 100 years ago, a farmer who was probably called Jakob dug this well in order to be able to water the cattle that helped to remove the wood for the pits.
The fountain is preserved as the pictures show, but closed.
