Your running will be here entirely tarmac, on a road, but (outside the very start/end in Aislaby itself at St Margaret's Church), they are very minor roads, so there will be little traffic. A pleasant run, this, with a few farms on the way (but not through them, which is good) and some fine views of the Esk Valley. The views from the church in Aislaby are nothing short of extraordinary.
