The furniture fountain, also known as the water chest of drawers, was created by the Kelkheim artist Ralf Dingeldein in 1995 and is intended to remind us of the city of furniture for which Kelkheim was once famous. There used to be around 100 smaller and larger carpentry workshops here. 1997 last furniture exhibition in Kelkheim.
