Aiguaviva is a Spanish municipality in the Gironés region, in the province of Gerona, Catalonia, located to the west of the region and on the border with La Selva.

The relief of the municipality is predominantly flat, although, to the north of the Masrocs stream, it begins to ascend progressively. The altitude oscillates between 118 meters near the Girona-Costa Brava airport, and 196 meters to the north, on Mount Sant Roc. The town rises to 169 meters above sea level.

The municipality has an area of 13.97 km2. In 2022 it had a population of 780 inhabitants and a density of 55.83 inhab/km2.

It has places of interest such as the Church of San Juan, in the Gothic style with neoclassical elements, the Chapel of Santa María de Vilademany, in the Romanesque style and the House of the Templars.
