Hankinson Hill Campground has two vault toilets and two spouts with potable water. Both of these amenities are only in operation during the summer months. The campground has 15 campsites with fire rings and picnic tables, as well as a large picnic shelter for day-use visitors. The use of the picnic shelter is free and is on a first-come-first-serve basis. A trailhead to Hankinson Hill Trail loop is located within the campground.
