When the broom hangs outside, the wine tavern is open: four months a year, usually between the end of May and the beginning of October. Homemade cakes, homemade soft drinks (elderberry soda!), and regional wine are served here.

A lovingly and invitingly landscaped garden invites you to linger. I've cycled past it a few times on my #reporterbike, but only recently (in July 2025) did I finally take the time to enjoy a lunch break under the trees.

Highly recommended for a short or long rest.
