Mountain biking
The climb to the Nüsselstock is almost all about pushing (high roots, steep stairs), the descent towards Hoch Tändli is short but beautiful, then another root path follows uphill until just before Grosständli. Then a longer, beautiful meadow trail down over Chli Tändli (all S1 down), then another climb with a few pushing sections up to Näbekenfirst. Overall, quite strenuous, but beautiful and mostly lonely.
