The Niederburg via ferrata is approx. 150 meters short and leads over a vineyard to the Niederburg. The via ferrata leads over a narrow rocky path with some rocky steps. At the end there is a 1.5 meter long steel staircase and a 5 meter long vertical steel ladder that takes you over the castle wall. There is also a path further to the left from Mühlental via a saint's house up to the castle.
