You have two viewpoints for the waterfall. Here you have the first one, where you look straight at the waterfall.

Reykjafoss is a beautiful waterfall in the north of Iceland, located in the Skagafjörður region. It is one of Iceland's hidden treasures. Reykjafoss is located about 7 km south of Varmahlíð. You can easily get there via the Ring Road (road no. 1), where you turn to road no. 752 and then to road no. 753.

The waterfall flows through the rocks and falls into the Húseyjarkvísl river from a height of about 20 meters. The water eventually flows to the Atlantic Ocean.

Surrounded by fields of flowers, Reykjafoss offers panoramic views of the waterfall with towering mountains in the background.

Beautiful waterfall with a hottub (not that warm but still great in winter). Navigate to the car park and walk one km over the fields. Make sure you drive over the bridge as Google maps is routing you wrong.
