    Vicksburg National Military Park is one of the nicest and well-kept National Military Parks in the country. The road circling the property is completely paved and open to cars, bikes, walkers, and runners. There is a bike lane for pedestrians and plenty of spots to park at in the middle of the loop so that you can get out and read the plaques.
