The Basilica of Saint Augustine in Campo Marzio, commonly known as Basilica of Saint Augustine and locally as Sant'Agostino, is a Catholic minor basilica dedicated to Saint Augustine in Rome, Italy. It is the mother church of the Order of Saint Augustine and is located a few meters from Piazza Navona, in the Sant' Eustachio river.

This basilica, first conceived in 1286, was built on the site of a primitive church dedicated to the martyr Saint Tryphon of Campsada. It is known for its Roman Revival architectural style and prominent artwork by artists such as Caravaggio, Raphael, and Guercino. In addition, it is the place where the tomb of Saint Monica (332-387), mother of Saint Augustine of Hippo, is located.

Of the important works on display, the most exceptional is undoubtedly Caravaggio's 'Madonna dei Pellegrini'. This painting was controversial at the time (1606) because the pilgrims had dirty feet.
