Mountain biking
The pass is super easy to drive up from Italy and is easy to master. There were quite a few cars, motorcycles and mobile homes on the road, but most of them are really considerate of cyclists.
The descent on the Austria side is really not that great, but with a little anticipatory driving style that's not a problem either. Especially in the tunnel you should be careful and otherwise the bad surface is clearly visible and therefore everyone is responsible for an adjusted speed...
