Standing at the entrance to the Boknafjord, Kvitsøy Lighthouse has guided ships since 1829 and is the oldest lighthouse tower still in operation in Norway. Beside the lighthouse, you can also see a full-size reconstruction of the original 1700 vippefyr, offering a fascinating insight into the early history of coastal navigation.
