One of the most interesting buildings in the small old town of Rieneck is the half-timbered town hall from the 15th/16th centuries. Century. A pillory collar is attached to the facade. A stone plaque commemorates the former local jurisdiction. Opposite the town hall, too, an asymmetrically designed house with gray clapboards and an unusual porch on wooden pillars catches the eye.
