West of Kissing near the river Lech lies the gravel quarry Weitmannsee. The area around the Weitmannsee has become a large recreational landscape with significant recreational value. Swimming for children and adults, extensive lawns and playgrounds, hiking trails and a restaurant with public toilet facilities and a large parking lot are available to visitors. The newly furnished playground is very popular with the children. A DLRG station is also available and ensures the safety of the bathers. The Weitmannsee can be reached via the B2.
